All-Inclusive Wedding Packages

Crafted with Care, Love & Expertise

All-inclusive wedding packages

Once upon a time, wedding packages were low-budget options, offering little flexibility or choice. However, modern all-inclusive wedding packages are a far cry from ‘cookie-cutter’ weddings, and could be the answer to your prayers.

In this blog, we explore why all-inclusive wedding packages have a lot to shout about, and what to expect from the gold standard of this practical wedding style.

Effortless Planning Without Losing Control

Planning a wedding is an all-consuming process which demands time and energy. Endless lists and decision-making leave you exhausted and overwhelmed. Throw in pressure from work and family, and it’s no wonder that planning a wedding can feel like an uphill struggle.

All-inclusive packages take away the stress of research, supplier coordination, and logistics, but not the freedom to personalise your wedding.

Choosing a package doesn’t mean dictating your choices, as you still curate them. What it does mean is that everything’s quality checked, saving you time without sacrificing your personal preferences.

Everything is provided and sourced in one place. A finite number of options to choose from is less overwhelming than disappearing down a Pinterest rabbit hole every time you need to tick something off your wedding checklist.

Seamless Coordination on the Day

With an all-inclusive package, one team handle coordination during the planning process and delivery on the wedding day itself. You don’t have to arrange collections, receive deliveries, organise storage, or set up and decorate the venue. Running around with cable ties and staple guns on the morning of your wedding doesn’t make for a relaxing start! At Cote How, everything is sourced through us, so our team and suppliers are familiar with each other and our venue. That means fewer hiccups and your wedding day runs like clockwork.

Wedding venues offering all-inclusive packages set everything up on the day AND take care of everything once you leave. How many times have you been to weddings where the morning after, bleary-eyed friends and family are stuffing boxes of table decorations into the boots of cars, wondering where it’s all going to go when they get home?

You still make all the creative choices — we just make sure everything’s seamlessly coordinated and genuinely lovely! There’s no need to juggle multiple suppliers — we do that quietly in the background so you can just enjoy your day

Trusted, High Quality Suppliers

Venues offering wedding packages source their products from trusted suppliers. Everything comes with an in-built guarantee of quality, so you’re confident that your flowers, cake or wedding menu will not be a disappointment.

Venues sample their products and are a font of knowledge and information. If you’re not a wine connoisseur or a foodie, they advise on safe choices to suit your guest demographic. At Cote How, our suppliers aren’t just whoever’s available.  They’re hand-selected experts who understand the venue, the flow of the day, and the level of care our couples expect and deserve.

All-inclusive wedding packages ensure no wedding details are forgotten. It’s not unusual for couples to arrive at their venue only to realise they’ve forgotten the confetti, a cake knife or the reserved seat cards. If it’s included in your package, it will be there on the day, giving you peace of mind.

Budget, Clarity and Peace of Mind

As a wedding couple, you need to know what’s included and what the final figure will be. All-inclusive wedding packages should have no hidden extras, no spiralling costs and no last-minute surprises — just honest, transparent pricing. That’s a huge comfort in a world of unpredictable wedding costs.

Questions to Ask

Wedding packages come in all shapes and sizes, depending on the style and size of your venue and the weddings it hosts. All-inclusive packages are generally designed for day weddings (as they traditionally include many elements, such as flowers, food, drinks, and décor). Not all packages are created equal, however, so explore exactly what you’re getting:

  • What isn’t included? Are optional extras available? e.g. hiring a beauty suite or accommodation
  • Can we upgrade any of the elements in the all-inclusive package, e.g. add premium drinks or extra courses
  • What flexibility is there to customise elements, so our wedding is personal to us?
  • Is it possible to bespoke items or is there only one option? (For example, customising ‘consumables’ like fresh flowers is straightforward, whereas faux floral décor is likely to come in one colour scheme, as it is reusable and stored between each wedding)
  • Are your suppliers local? (Supporting local small businesses not only feels good,  but you know professionals are personally known to your venue and invested in your wedding day.)

Consider how (or if) sustainability features in your all-inclusive wedding package. Are items recycled and reused where possible? Does your venue choose suppliers with sustainability in mind? (E.g., natural, non-dyed confetti).

Enjoy the Journey

Perhaps the most powerful message of all is that by choosing an all-inclusive package and trusting your venue to handle the details, there’s a greater chance you’ll enjoy the wedding planning journey — rather than spending every weekend juggling supplier emails.

Done well, all-inclusive packages can be a wedding venue’s strongest selling point – not because it’s all-in but because it’s all thought through with the care and expertise your wedding day deserves.
