We host just one wedding at a time, so the venue is entirely yours. No other guests, no competing events and no feeling that you’re fitting your wedding into someone else’s schedule.

Our experienced wedding planning team is involved throughout, helping you make decisions, coordinate your plans and keep everything on track.

Occasionally, we have selected dates available within the next eight weeks. When we do, we offer selected wedding packages at short-notice pricing.

Straightforward pricing, with no guesswork.
The prices shown include your wedding-ready, fully decorated venue, furniture, décor, candles, and linen, where applicable, along with the wedding planning and support provided by our experienced team.
A wedding venue, not a hotel
Cote How is a wedding venue first.
We don’t have hotel guests, a restaurant, spa or other events competing for our attention. When you’re here, your wedding is our priority.
That’s why we can provide such a personal level of planning and support — from your first conversation with us right through to your wedding day.
Wedding Pricing: All prices shown are inclusive of VAT @20%
For help working out a total price, simply book an informal chat with us, when we will check our wedding date availability, then email a no-obligation quote, which will include a full breakdown of what is included and show all optional extras with clear pricing that you can add on yourself.
Payment Plans: All weddings require a 25% booking fee to secure the date. This fee is due on booking.
The remainder of the interest-free payments are then spread across the remaining time available, with your final payment due three months before your wedding.
Seasonal Adjustments: Summer dates from May to September include an outdoor barn ceremony option in good weather and a ‘backup’ inside the house. Winter dates are for a ceremony in the house only.
- Summer Season: May–September
- Winter Season: October–April
- The barn is open from May–September inclusive for weddings of up to 24 people.
- From October–April, our maximum capacity for day weddings is 12 people, as these weddings are held in the house only.
- Friday supplement: £500
- Saturday supplement: £1,500
- All prices shown in the table are for up to 12 people, Monday–Thursday.
- For 13–24 people, a per-person supplement is added to the base price of the package. This ranges from £90–£210 per person, depending on the package.
- We welcome up to 3 children under the age of 10 for weddings finishing by 19:00.
- Your full quote will be created for you, clearly showing the applicable season, day-of-week supplement, guest numbers and any other options or additions.
