Cellar Notes: This is a classic 'blanc de noirs' i.e. a white wine made from black grapes. 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and made from reserve wines, this 'brut' combines power and elegance with a subtle balance that makes it the perfect wine not only for an aperitif but also for the whole meal.

This romantic and elegant Champagne is a delicate shade of pink with fast and generous fruit-driven bubbles. The Chardonnay grapes bring a freshness and vivacity, whereas the red fruit aromas are typical of the pinot noir. The mouth is supple and generous - perfect as an aperitif. Limited production of only 3000 bottles per year and imported exclusively by us, so perfect for a special occasion or unique gift.
