All our ingredients are organic apart from those which cannot be classed as organic such as salt and water and those which are not yet available organically such as wild caught fish.
If a product is unavailable we would withdraw the item from the menu. We would not replace it with a non-organic version.
We only accept products from EU certifiers and the majority of our ingredients are Soil Association (UK5) certified.
We do not buy fish from over fished seas or environmentally damaging methods.
All fresh seasonal produce is carefully chosen to be as locally as possible from Howbarrow Organic farm in Cartmel.
