Soil Association Logo - Certified OrganicSOIL ASSOCIATION CERTIFIED ORGANIC

We are a 100% organic operation as certified by the Soil Association. We have a license (DA19176) for the making of our homemade chutneys, marmalades and cakes which we also retail, and a license (DF19176) for our Restaurant & Catering which includes all food served in the tearoom and Bed and Breakfast.

All our ingredients are organic apart from those which cannot be classed as organic such as salt and water and those which are not yet available organically such as wild caught fish.

If a product is unavailable we would withdraw the item from the menu. We would not replace it with a non-organic version.

We only accept products from EU certifiers and the majority of our ingredients are Soil Association (UK5) certified.

We do not buy fish from over fished seas or environmentally damaging methods.
